Thai for dinner
JSR had a great game of golf today and came home loaded with chocolate from our friends C&M. 
He then made a beautiful Thai inspired dinner of prawns and scallops with a corriander, red onion, rocket and baby spinach salad. JSR added some lime juice to the egg mayonaise for the dressing.
